Kato- Bay Gelding

The horse was on loan to a lady who had him stabled at Low Farm, Croydon, Cambs. She sold the horse to a dealer on 29th March 2012, who has since sold him on.

If anyone has seen or heard of him I would like him returned; it is a worry when you do not know what has happened to him.

Kato is 173cm high, a bay gelding with a white star and a white snip on his nose. Also has a 2″ x 1″ white mark on his spine at the base of the withers caused by saddle rubbing.

Piebald Mare

Stolen from a field in Lincolnshire.

19-year-old piebald mare called Rosie. She is an old horse and a bit stiff and arthritic.

If you know where Rosie is, please let Lincs Police know.

Billy is a 15.1/15.2 HH 3.5 yo TB Gelding. He has a white star and a white nearside hind sock. He was out on a loan purchase agreement in Whiston, Rotherham. On 25/11/11 it was reported to owner that he left the yard and was sold. On further investigation I believe this to be true. If anyone has any information please email rowena.white@live.com

My horse was out on loan and her last known location was Rumer Stud Farm, near Welford-on-Avon. Apparently she was sold on (!) complete with my saddle, which has the name MULLER stamped on the saddle flap.

This mare is 166 cm high, colour brown, with white marking from her fringe to her nose and with a white upper lip.
White Right hind below hock; Holstein brand 12 on nearside rear leg.
She is very well tempered and trusting.

Smartie (not in pic) 146 cm mare with white diamond and white rear sock.
Minty (2nd jeft behind bar) 146 cm G with thick white blaze.
Harry (on left) 146 cm Ch G.
Calypso (on right) 148 cm Ch with white blaze and sock on left fore.
Lover (2nd from right) Bay Mare in picture but now Grey Roan. Small white socks with flecks.

Pony

An Arab Cross Breed Dartmoor Pony named Lara which was taken from its stables in the Peter Tavy area between 10.00pm on Wednesday 24th August and 7.00am on Thursday 25th August.

The pony is freeze-marked with the number ON35 on her rear.
She is a Dark Bay with a star in the middle of her forehead and has one white sock on rear hoof.

Six Horses

Six horses stolen from a paddock in Calverton.

The animals were taken from a field in Whinbush Lane between 5pm on Friday 8 July and 9am on Saturday 9 July.

The animals’ feeding and water troughs were also taken.

A red 4×4 vehicle towing an old, white horse box was seen parked near the field around the time of the theft.

The horses are:

Romana, a chestnut mare, aged 26 (pictured)
Revel, a grey mare, aged 21
Gem, a bay mare, aged 3
Bow, a red and white filly, aged 1
Zeus, a palomino filly, aged 1 (pictured as a foal)
Foxy, a bay mare, aged 6 (pictured)

Police believe those responsible may attempt to sell the horses. They may have been sold at local horse markets or even as working horses, possibly in the Newark or Bingham areas.

12.2 Stawberry Roan pony, 15 years old, white blaze, very friendly and brilliant jumper taken from the field in Brynteg, Wrexham on 19/07/11 between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Went missing on Saturday 2nd July 2011 from Marsh Hollow, Hollington, Derbyshire.

13.2hh bright bay gelding, welsh X thoroughbred, no white markings.

Head: Whorl centre upper eye level. Light brown muzzle leading to black nostrils,upper lip.

Legs : Black below mid cannon. Black hoof. (All legs) (Winter legs all brown).
Body: Bay with black mane and tail.

Traditional Piebald Mare

STOLEN – Star was stolen From Lawley, Telford on 16 August 2009 and is a full feathered traditional Piebald, Cob Filly.

She will now be rising 3 years old so probably a maiden mare? Star was 16 Months old when she was taken from her home, and was approximately 11hh but will be taller now. Star was well handled and dearly loved by her elderly owner who is still heart broken.
