Thousands Of Pounds Worth Of Equipment Stolen In Redditch
Police are appealing for information about the theft of £16,000 pounds worth of equipment from a storage container in Redditch.

It happened in Middlehouse Lane, where work is being carried out to the road.

The theft thought to have happened at or just after 5pm on Monday 6th February.

Stolen was a brand new Ingersoll Rand compressor worth £8,000, a trench wacker and flat wacker plate worth £2,600, a floor saw worth £1,800, three digger buckets worth £2,000, and a jackhammer, two steel saws and hydraulic hoses worth £1,600.

The site is near the fire station, and witnesses or anyone with information, including anyone who saw what they may have thought were legitimate workers returning to the site after work had finished for the day, are asked to contact West Mercia Police.
