Thieves stole a pensioner’s wedding and engagement rings from her fingers while they distracted her in the street in Derby.
The victim was an 88-year-old woman and she was approached by two women.
They handed her two necklaces and asked her for money. When she refused, they took the rings from her fingers and left.
One ring is a plain gold wedding band while one is a gold band with a ruby. The third ring is gold, wishbone shaped and features a sapphire.
The victim did not get a good look at the women, only that one wore a hat.
