The Springer spaniel puppies are just two weeks old, and their two-year-old mother is liver and white.
One of the puppies was left behind.
The mother was microchipped but the puppies weren’t as they were only a couple of weeks old.
Police are asking anyone who may have been offered these dogs for sale or anyone with any other information which could assist, to come forward straightaway.
If you can help, please contact Surrey Police on 101, quoting crime reference GD/13/6552 or, if you prefer not to leave your name, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
